I read your April 21article, “Family medicine residents lacking in ER training: CAEP” with interest as it revealed yet another example of the bizarre state of emergency medicine training in Canada. .

As you are a publisher of some stature in the business of  disseminating the medical news, I suggest the Oxford English Dictionary or a thesaurus be looked at for the meaning of “dispensing” (as, for instance, the pharmaceutical profession in this country uses it).
